Returns
If you need to return an item, it must be unused (for hygiene reasons) and in its original packaging. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
To start the return process, contact our customer service at info@valonita.com to receive the return address. Please note that the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Partial Refunds
If a returned item does not pass our inspection, you may qualify for only a partial refund. We do not cover shipping costs for products that do not meet refund or exchange criteria.

Include a tracking number with your return. Refunds will be processed once our warehouse confirms receipt of the item in good condition.
